摘要
牙根抗折裂能力是决定根管治疗后牙齿长期预后的关键因素之一。根管治疗后,牙齿机械性能会发生不同程度的改变,牙根纵裂的发生风险增加。根管封闭剂作为根管充填材料的重要组成部分,其渗透性、黏结强度、体积稳定性、生物活性等理化性能与根管系统的机械力学性能以及牙本质-充填材料界面黏结力密切相关,因此充分认识各类根管封闭剂的理化性能,通过加强根部牙本质结构或改善根管系统应力分布可在一定程度上提高牙根抗折性能。
The fracture resistance of root is one of the key factors in determining the long-term prognosis of teeth after root canal treatment.After root canal treatment,the mechanical properties of the teeth will change to varying degrees,and the risk of vertical root fracture will increase.Root canal sealers,as an important part of root canal filling materials,their physical and chemical properties such as permeability,bond strength,volume stability,and biological activity are closely related to the mechanical properties of root canal systems and the adhesion of dentin-filling material interfaces.Therefore,a thorough understanding of the physical and chemical properties of various root canal sealers,by strengthening the root dentin structure or improving the stress distribution in the root canal system,can help improve the fracture resistance of tooth root to some extent.
