摘要
目的 评估新型生物陶瓷材料C-Root SP应用于老年牙髓炎患者根管充填的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月于北京市和平里医院口腔科就诊因牙髓炎需行根管治疗的老年患者101例,患牙101颗,按计算机产生随机数方法随机分为C-Root SP组(33颗)、iRoot SP组(33颗)和AH Plus组(35颗)。根管均采用冠向下法预备,分别使用3种根管封闭剂,热牙胶垂直加压法充填根管,治疗前后拍摄X线片,通过视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分记录3组患者根管充填术当天、术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛情况。术后3个月随访观察临床疗效。结果 根管充填术当天,AH Plus组VAS评分显著高于C-Root SP组(P<0.05)。根管充填术后1 d、3 d,AH Plus组VAS评分均显著高于C-Root SP组和iRoot SP组(P<0.05);C-Root SP组与iRoot SP组VAS评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。根管充填术后7 d,C-Root SP组、iRoot SP组和AH Plus组VAS评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后3个月随访,3组均无失败病例,3组间及两组间分别比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 C-Root SP在老年牙髓炎患者中具有良好的临床疗效和生物相容性,与iRoot SP相似。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the new bioceramic material C-Root SP in root canal filling for elderly patients with pulpitis.Methods From January 2023 to December 2024,101 elderly patients who visited the Department of Stomatology of Beijing Hepingli Hospital and needed root canal treatment due to pulpitis were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into C-Root SP group(33 teeth),iRoot SP group(33 teeth)and AH Plus group(35 teeth)using computer-generated random number method.All root canals were prepared by crown downward method.Three types of root canal sealers were used respectively,and the root canals were filled by hot gutta percha vertical compression method.X-ray films were taken before and after treatment.The pain of the three groups on the day of root canal filling,1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation were recorded by visual analogue scale(VAS).The clinical efficacy was observed after 3 months of follow-up.Results On the day after root canal filling surgery,the VAS score of AH Plus group was significantly higher than that of C-Root SP group(P<0.05).On day 1 and 3 after root canal filling surgery,the VAS scores in the AH Plus group were significantly higher than those in the C-Root SP group and iRoot SP group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the C-Root SP group and the iRoot SP group(P>0.05).After 7 days of root canal filling surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS scores among the C-Root SP group,iRoot SP group,and AH Plus group(P>0.05).At a 3-month follow-up after surgery,there were no cases of failure in all three groups,and there were no significant differences between the three groups or between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion C-Root SP has good clinical efficacy and biocompatibility in elderly patients with pulpitis,similar to iRoot SP.
