摘要
嵌甲作为门诊常见疾病,若未及时规范处理,病情常持续进展,引发甲沟炎、甲畸形等并发症。临床多根据嵌甲分期采用不同的治疗方式,主要包括保守治疗和手术治疗。目前保守治疗的核心机制在于通过填塞、牵拉等手段减轻甲板与甲皱襞间的局部压力,手术治疗则通过物理或化学方法选择性切除甲皱襞、甲板、甲床或甲母质。近年来,激光消融、生物材料填充等新技术成为治疗嵌甲的新方向。全面认识各治疗手段的适应证及优势,有助于提高嵌甲的临床疗效,未来还需探索更多元、更个性化的治疗方案,以提高患者生活质量。
Ingrown toenails,a common disease in outpatient clinics,if not treated promptly and properly,often progresses continuously,leading to complications such as paronychia and nail deformities.Clinically,different treatment methods are often adopted based on the stage of ingrown toenail,mainly including conservative treatment and surgical treatment.At present,the core mechanism of conservative treatment lies in reducing the local pressure between the nail plate and the nail fold through means such as packing and pulling.Surgical treatment selectively removes the nail fold,nail plate,nail bed or nail matrix through physical or chemical methods.In recent years,new treatment techniques such as laser ablation and biomaterial filling have emerged as new directions for treating ingrown toenails.A comprehensive understanding of the indications and advantages of various treatment methods can help improve the clinical efficacy,and in the future,more diverse and individualized treatment plans need to be explored to improve the quality of life of the patients.
