摘要
“双元”育人模式是职业本科院校教育的典型特征之一,职业本科院校辅导员在“双元”育人模式中扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,新时期职业本科院校辅导员“双元”育人模式仍不清晰。要培养更多符合社会需求的高素质技能型人才,亟待构建和实施职业本科院校辅导员“双元”育人模式,以加强职业本科院校与企业之间的深度合作。
The“dual system”education model is one of the typical characteristics of vocational undergraduate education,and vocational undergraduate counselors play a crucial role in the“dual system”education model.However,the“dual system”education model of vocational undergraduate college counselors in the new era is still unclear,and it is urgent to establish and implement the“dual system”education model of vocational undergraduate college counselors to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents that meet social needs,in order to strengthen the deep cooperation between vocational undergraduate colleges and enterprises.
