摘要 开展产教融合、校企合作是职业本科院校健康发展、实现新时代人才培养目标的重要保证和关键路径。针对目前职业本科院校校企合作教学的现状,以电工技术基础课程为例,构建了职业本科院校、企业“双元主体”的育人模式以及“理论课+校内实践+企业实践教学”“三课堂”的课程教学模式,并以“OBE理念+”为指导,着力实现职业本科课程教育改革的四个转变,即:以“双元主体”课程目标为导向、以学生为中心、提高“双元主体”教学质量、通过教学效果评价持续进行优化完善。这一探索研究旨在为职业本科院校课程的教学改革提供一定的实践经验与借鉴。 Carrying out the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is an important guarantee and key path for the healthy development of higher vocational colleges and universities and the realization of talent training needs in the new era.In view of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperative teaching in higher vocational undergraduate colleges,taking the course Fundamentals of Electrical Technology as an example,this paper has constructed the“dual-subject”education mode of higher vocational undergraduate colleges and enterprises,as well as the“theory course+on-campus practice+enterprise practice teaching”and“three-classroom”curriculum teaching mode,and under the guidance of“OBE concept+”,it strives to realize the four changes in the education reform of higher vocational undergraduate courses,that is,take the“dual-subject”curriculum goal as the guidance,take students as the center,improve the“dual-subject”teaching quality,and continuously optimize and improve through teaching effect evaluation.This exploration and research aims to provide some practical experience and reference for the teaching reform of higher vocational undergraduate courses.
