摘要
目的探讨情景模拟下的翻转课堂教学法在儿童康复医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法以2021年7—12月西安交通大学附属西安市儿童医院康复医学科实习的64名康复治疗学本科生、12名带教老师为对象,学生随机分对照组与观察组(n=32),带教师资相同。对照组常规带教,观察组采用情景模拟下翻转课堂教学。实习结束后进行出科考试(理论与病例分析操作)和问卷调查(教学反馈、教师评价、家长满意度量表),对比教学效果。结果两组理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组病例分析操作成绩更优(P<0.05);教学反馈量表中,观察组自我管理、计划实施、人际沟通得分更高(P<0.05),其他指标无差异;教师评价量表指标无差异;观察组家长总满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论该教学法可提升学生病例分析操作能力、自主学习及人际沟通能力,获得更高的家长满意度,同时对带教老师教学能力要求更高。
Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching under scenario simulation in clinical teaching of children’s rehabilitation medicine.Methods Sixty-four undergraduates of rehabilitation therapeutics who were interned in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Xi’an Children’s Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from July to December 2021 and 12 teachers were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=32).The control group was routinely taught,and the observation group was flipped classroom teaching under situational simulation.After the practice,the teaching effect was compared by examination(theory+case analysis operation)and questionnaire(teaching feedback,teacher evaluation,parent satisfaction scale).Results There was no significant difference in theoretical examination scores between the two groups,and the patients in the observation group had better analysis and operation scores(P<0.05).In the teaching feedback scale,the patients in the observation group had higher scores of self-management,plan implementation and interpersonal communication(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other indicators.There was no significant difference in the teacher evaluation scale indicators.The total satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion This teaching method can improve students’case analysis operation,independent learning and interpersonal communication ability,obtain higher parental satisfaction,and at the same time,it requires higher teaching ability for teaching teachers.
