摘要
目的针对急性阑尾炎进行阑尾切除术的患者,采取以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径,探讨其优势。方法选取2024年1月至2024年12月在永安市中医医院外科二区进行手术治疗的122例急性阑尾炎患者纳入本次研究对象,采取两种不同的护理模式,一组命名为对照组,包含60例患者,以常规护理方式进行护理,一组为观察组,共62例,采取以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径,对两组患者术后的疼痛评分(VAS)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)以及并发症、再次就诊率进行比较。结果观察组的护理后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后CRP、WBC、PCT低于对照组,GAS、MTL高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率、再次入院率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径应用于急性阑尾炎手术患者预后良好。
Objective To explore the advantages of needs-oriented clinical nursing for patients undergoing appendectomy for acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 122 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgical treatment in the General Surgery Department of Yong’an Municipal Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Two different nursing models were adopted.One group was named the control group,consisting of 60 patients,and they were provided with conventional nursing care,and the other group was the nursing observation group,with a total of 62 cases,and the patient’s need-oriented clinical nursing path was adopted.Postoperative pain score(VAS),serum C-reactive protein(CRP),peripheral blood white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),complications and re-visit rate were compared between the two groups.Results The post-nursing VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative CRP,WBC,and PCT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while GAS and MTL levels were higher(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications and readmission rate in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of patient-oriented clinical nursing pathways in patients undergoing acute appendicitis surgery leads to a favorable prognosis.
