多次单采血小板对献血者铁营养状况的影响研究

摘要 目的为了对献血者铁营养状况有效掌握,分析多次单采血小板对其影响。方法在2022年12月至2023年12月选择无锡市中心血站检验科单采血小板献血者100名,其中首次献血者为40名(首次组)和多次(5次以上)献血者60名(多次组),再按照单采血小板次数分为5~9次组、10~15次组、16~20次组、21~24次组分别为15名、15名、20名、10名,期间进行血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)水平检测。结果首次组的Hb、SF、TRF、sTfR水平和多次组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同献血次数组SF、sTfR、TRF水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多次单采血小板献血者容易降低Hb、SF水平以及导致TRF、sTfR水平提升。献血者的献血次数增多,则铁缺乏率高。 Objective To effectively understand the iron nutritional status of blood donors,this study analyzes the impact of multiple plateletpheresis on them.Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,100 plateletpheresis donors were selected from the Wuxi Central Blood Station Laboratory Department.Among them,40 were first-time donors(first group),and 60 were repeat donors(more than 5 times)with 15 donors in each of the following groups:5-9 times,10-15 times,16-20 times,and 21-24 times.Hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin(SF),transferrin(TRF),and soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR)levels were measured during this period.Results The differences in Hb,SF,TRF,and sTfR levels between the first group and the repeat group were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were significant differences in SF,sTfR,and TRF levels among different repeat groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Multiple plateletpheresis donors are prone to lower Hb and SF levels and higher TRF and sTfR levels.An increase in the number of donations leads to a higher rate of iron deficiency.
