不同栓塞面积肺血栓栓塞症患者血管性假血友病因子及α颗粒膜蛋白-140的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究血管性假血友病因子(vWF)和α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)在不同栓塞面积急性肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)患者中的变化情况,探讨vWF和GMP-140与PTE形成的关系。方法检测48例PTE患者[PTE组,其中急性大面积PTE15例(大面积PTE组),次大面积PTE21例(次大面积PTE组),非大面积PTE12例(非大面积PTE组)]和20例正常人(对照组)的血小板膜GMP-140和血浆vWF、D-二聚体变化。结果大面积PTE组、次大面积和非大面积PTE组血小板表面GMP-140、血浆vWF、D-二聚体表达均明显高于正常对照组(P均<0.01),其中大面积PTE组又明显高于次大面积组和非大面积组(P<0.01),次大面积亦高于非大面积组(P<0.01)。结论GMP-140和vWF与PTE的发生、发展关系密切。 Objective To study the dynamic changes of Von Willebrand factor (vWF) and granule membrane protein - 140 ( GMP - 140 ) in the patients with different pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE). Methods 48 patients with PTE( 15 massive, 21 submassive, 12 non - massive) and 20 healthy adults were studied. GMP - 140 expressed on platelets and plasma yWF, D - dimer were measured. Resuits GMP - 140 expressed on platelets and plasma vWF, D - dimer in the massive, submassive and non - massive were obviously higher than those in the normal group ( all P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of GMP - 140, vWF and D - dimer in the massive were higher than those in the sub - and non - massive groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and the levels were higher in the submassive group than those in the non - massive group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion GMP - 140 and vWF have close relationship to the occurrence and progress of PTE.
