摘要
目的分析三联疗法联合高流量湿化氧疗在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗中的应用效果。方法选择北京市垂杨柳医院老年医学科2023年3月至2024年12月接收的100例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用三联疗法联合高流量湿化氧疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组的治疗情况。结果观察组在治疗过程中的用机时间和氧疗时间都比对照组短,住院时间也比对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗效果方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在症状好转方面比对照组好(P<0.05)。观察组临床指标好转度比对照组好(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三联疗法联合高流量湿化氧疗治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的应用效果明显,可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状与血气分析指标,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of triple therapy combined with high-flow humidified oxygen therapy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly.Methods A total of 100 patients were selected as the research subjects,coming from the Geriatric Medicine Department of Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital from March 2023 to December 2024,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,50 cases each.The observation group received triple therapy combined with high flow humidified oxygen therapy,while the control group received conventional treatment.The treatment status of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group had shorter machine time and oxygen therapy time during the treatment process compared to the control group,and the hospitalization time was also shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed better therapeutic effects than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed better improvement in symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of triple therapy and high flow humidified oxygen therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It can improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications.
