摘要
目的探索PDCA循环护理方法在提升突发公共卫生事件期间慢性疾病患者家庭护理效果方面的影响。方法针对突发公共卫生事件期间老年慢性疾病居家患者的护理效果展开研究,选取220例2020年1月1日—2022年1月3日在本院治疗的老年慢性疾病患者作为实验样本,并在电脑程序上进行了随机分配,分为观察组与对照组,每组都包含110例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施PDCA循环护理方法干预。对比两组患者的相关指标:自我管理、用药安全事件发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组患者自我管理有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药安全事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量得分比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在突发公共卫生事件期间,将PDCA循环护理技巧运用于慢性疾病患者的家庭护理中,能够提升慢性疾病患者自我管理有效率,预防用药安全事件的发生,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of PDCA cycle nursing method on improving the effectiveness of home care for chronic disease patients during public health emergencies.Methods In this study,a nursing study was conducted on elderly patients with chronic diseases at home during public health emergencies.In this study,220 elderly patients with chronic diseases treated in our hospital from January 1,2020 to January 3,2022 were selected as experimental samples,and randomly assigned on the computer program to form an observation group and a control group,respectively.Each group included 110 patients.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA cycle nursing intervention.Self-management,incidence of medication safety events and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of selfmanagement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of medication safety incidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of quality of life scores between two groups of patients after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During sudden public health emergencies,applying PDCA cycle nursing techniques to home care for patients with chronic diseases can improve the efficiency of self-management,prevent medication safety incidents,and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
