摘要
目的:了解高原地区慢性疾病患者出院准备度的现状并分析其影响因素,为针对性的出院准备干预提供理论依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法调查2023年10月—2024年5月入住我国西部某三甲医院高原医学病房的高原慢性疾病患者及其照顾者的出院准备度及相关影响因素。结果:本研究共发放问卷163份,有效回收146份,有效回收率为89.6%。患者出院准备度总分中位数为99.5(88.8,108.0)分,标准化得分中位数为8.3(7.4,9.0)分。多元线性回归分析发现患者合并其他疾病数量、出院指导技巧与效果、家庭日常活动负担是患者出院准备度的独立影响因素,能解释患者出院准备度变异量的31.0%。结论:高原地区慢性疾病患者出院准备度整体良好。合并1种以上疾病、家庭日常活动负担重的患者出院准备度较低,出院指导质量与患者出院准备度呈正相关。
Objective:This study is aimed to understand the status quo of discharge readiness of patients with chronic diseases in plateau area and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide theoretical basis for targeted discharge preparedness intervention.Methods:The convenient sampling method was used to investigate the discharge readiness and related influencing factors of patients with chronic diseases at high altitude and their caregivers in the plateau medical ward of a 3A hospital in Western China from October 2023 to May 2024.Results:A total of 163 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 146 questionnaires were effectively recovered with an effective recovery rate of 89.6%.The median total score of patients'readiness for discharge was 99.5(88.8,108.0),and the median standardized score was 8.3(7.4,9.0).Multiple linear regression analysis found that the number of patients complicated with other diseases,the skills and effects of discharge guidance and the burden of family daily activities were independent influencing factors of patients'discharge readiness,which could explain the variation of patients'discharge readiness by 31.0%.Conclusion:The overall readiness of patients with chronic diseases in plateau area is good.Patients with one or more diseases and heavy burden of family daily activities are less prepared to leave the hospital.The quality of discharge guidance is positively correlated with the patients'readiness for discharge.
