摘要
目的研究快速康复外科护理对胆囊结石患者术后疼痛和生命质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2024年1月本院收治的90例胆囊结石手术治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例患者,分别给予快速康复外科护理和常规护理,对比两组护理后疼痛评分和生活质量评分情况。结果观察组的术后肛门排气、进食、下床以及住院所需时间均显著少于对照组,并且差异在统计学上具有显著性(P<0.05)。护理前,观察组与对照组在VAS评分、躯体功能、生理功能、身体疼痛、情感职能、心理健康、社会功能、生命活力以及总体健康等方面的平均得分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的VAS评分均呈现下降趋势,而在生活质量的各项指标评分上,两组均呈现上升趋势,观察组在这些指标上的改善程度均显著超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胆囊结石患者采取快速康复外科护理,能够改善患者术后各项指标和疼痛情况,进而改善其生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with gallbladder stones.Methods 90 patients with gallbladder stone surgery collected from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.45 cases were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,and routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation surgical care were given respectively.The two groups were compared.Pain score and quality of life score after care.Results The postoperative anal exhaust,eating,getting out of bed,and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,the observation group There was no significant difference in the average scores of VAS scores,physical function,physiological function,physical pain,emotional function,mental health,social function,vitality and overall health from the control group(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the two groups were The VAS scores of patients showed a downward trend,while in the scores of various indicators of quality of life,both groups showed an upward trend,and the improvement of the observation group on these indicators was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients with gallbladder stones can greatly improve the patient's postoperative indicators and pain conditions,and thus improve their quality of life.It is worth recommending.
