摘要
目的:探讨肝胆外科手术患者采用快速康复外科护理对术后康复和护理满意度的影响。方法:从2020年11月-2021年10月在仙游县总医院行肝胆外科手术的患者中,选取100例作为本文的研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组和观察组的护理方法分别为常规护理、快速康复外科护理。对比两组的术后康复指标、护理前后的生活质量和护理满意度。结果:观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间[(15.68±4.14)h]、排便时间[(3.51±1.82)d]、肛门排气时间[(30.58±12.45)h]、首次下床活动时间[(26.71±9.47)h]和住院时间[(7.18±3.67)d]均较对照组[(19.63±6.52)h、(5.03±2.74)d、(39.68±15.21)h、(33.65±9.86)h、(9.85±3.74)d]短(P<0.05);护理后,在世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分的比较上,观察组均较对照组高(P<0.05);在护理满意度的比较上,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:肝胆外科手术患者采用快速康复外科护理的效果显著,不仅可以有效缩短术后康复进程,还可以显著改善生活质量,提高护理满意度,临床可进一步推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of renhanced recovery after surgery nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and nursing care satisfaction of patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery in Xianyou County General Hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects in this study and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The nursing care methods of the control group and the observation group respectively was routine nursing care and renhanced recovery after surgery nursing care.The postoperative rehabilitation indexes,before and after nursing care of the quality of life and nursing care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time of bowel sound[(15.68±4.14)h],defecation time[(3.51±1.82)d],anal exhaust time[(30.58±12.45)h],first getting out of bed time[(26.71±9.47)h]and hospitalization time[(7.18±3.67)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(19.63±6.52)h,(5.03±2.74)d,(39.68±15.21)h,(33.65±9.86)h,(9.85±3.74)d](P<0.05).After nursing care,the scores of World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing care satisfaction,the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of renhanced recovery after surgery nursing care for patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery is remarkable,which can not only effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation process,but also significantly improve the quality of life and improve nursing care satisfaction,and can be further popularized in clinic.
