摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆结合捏脊疗法、穴位敷贴在小儿反复呼吸道感染中医护理中的应用。方法选取2023年6月—2024年8月佛山市三水区妇幼保健院收治的82例反复呼吸道感染患儿进行研究,利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。其中,对照组采取耳穴压豆结合捏脊疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上加穴位敷贴,对两组护理干预效果进行比较。结果观察组干预后6个月内,鼻塞流涕、咳嗽、发热、咽痛发生次数明显较对照组少(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的儿童生存质量测定量表系列(PedsQL)4.0评分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组上述评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。经随访6个月,观察组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆结合捏脊疗法、穴位敷贴用于小儿反复呼吸道感染中医护理中能减少症状发生次数,提高患儿生活质量,减少复发率。
Objective To explore the application of ear acupressure combined with spinal therapy and acupoint application in traditional Chinese medicine nursing for children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods A study was conducted on 82 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to August 2024.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(n=41)received ear acupressure combined with spinal therapy,while the observation group(n=41)received acupoint application in addition to the control group.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Within 6 months after intervention,the observation group had significantly fewer occurrences of nasal congestion,runny nose,cough,fever,and sore throat compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Measurement Models(PedsQL)4.0 scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group had better scores than the control group(P<0.05);After a 6-month follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ear acupressure and spinal therapy,as well as acupoint application,can reduce the frequency of symptoms,improve the quality of life of children with recurrent respiratory infections in traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and reduce the recurrence rate.
