摘要
目的研究无痛诊疗技术对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2024年2月江西省儿童医院收治的200例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为传统组(100例)和无痛组(100例)。传统组采用传统方法治疗,无痛组采用无痛诊疗技术治疗。比较两组的儿童生存质量评价量表4.0(PedsQL 4.0)、儿童生存质量评价量表3.0(PedsQL 3.0)评分。结果两组实施前的生理、心理、社会、学校角色领域PedsQL 4.0评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);无痛组实施后的生理、心理、社会、学校角色领域PedsQL 4.0评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无痛组实施后的生理、心理、社会、学校角色领域PedsQL 4.0评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实施前的疼痛和伤害、操作焦虑、治疗焦虑、担心、认知问题方面PedsQL 3.0评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);无痛组实施后的疼痛和伤害、操作焦虑、治疗焦虑、担心、认知问题方面PedsQL 3.0评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无痛组实施后的疼痛和伤害、操作焦虑、治疗焦虑、担心、认知问题方面PedsQL 3.0评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛诊疗技术可提高急性淋巴细胞白血病儿童患者生存质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of painless diagnosis and treatment technology on the quality of life of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods A total of 200 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from July 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into traditional group(100 cases)and painless group(100 cases)by random number table method.The traditional group was treated with traditional methods,and the painless group was treated with painless diagnosis and treatment technology.The scores of pediatric quality of life inventory 4.0(PedsQL 4.0)and pediatric quality of life inventory 3.0(PedsQL 3.0)were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in scores of physiological,psychological,social and school roles of PedsQL 4.0 between the two groups before implementation(P>0.05).The scores of physiological,psychological,social and school roles of PedsQL 4.0 in the painless group after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological,psychological,social and school roles of PedsQL 4.0 in the painless group after implementation were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in scores of pain and injury,operation anxiety,treatment anxiety,worry and cognitive problems of PedsQL 3.0 between the two groups before implementation(P>0.05).The scores of pain and injury,operation anxiety,treatment anxiety,worry and cognitive problems of PedsQL 3.0 in the painless group after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pain and injury,operation anxiety,treatment anxiety,worry and cognitive problems of PedsQL 3.0 in the painless group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The painless diagnosis and treatment technology can improve the quality of life of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,which is worthy of promotion and application.
