摘要
目的探究循证护理联合康复锻炼管理在手部及前臂肌腱断裂修补术后患者恢复中的临床应用研究。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于广州市番禺区市桥医院接受手部及前臂肌腱断裂修补术治疗的98例患者进行研究,所有患者按照红蓝摸球法随机分为对照组(红,常规术后指导)与试验组(蓝,循证护理联合康复锻炼管理),每组49例患者。比较两组患者手部及前臂功能恢复状况、疼痛度(VAS评分)、日常生活能力(ADL量表)以及并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者手部及前臂功能康复率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者VAS评分均显著降低,而ADL评分均显著上升,且试验组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组并发症比较,试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手部及前臂肌腱断裂修补术后患者应用循证护理联合康复锻炼管理,可促进患者手部及前臂功能恢复,减轻疼痛感,提高日常生活能力,减少并发症发生。
Objective The purpose of studying the application of evidence-based clinical nursing and rehabilitation practice is to restore patients after repairing hand string and forearm tears.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,98 patients in Shiqiao Hospital,Panyu District,Guangzhou City who underwent repair of hand string and forearm fractures were sent to the hospital.All patients were randomly assigned to the control group(n=49,red,after routine guidance)and the experimental group(n=49,blue,evidence-based rehabilitation nursing).Two groups were compared in terms of forearm function recovery,pain severity(VAS score),activities of daily living scale(ADL scale),and complications.Results The rehabilitation rate of hand and forearm function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,while the ADL scores were significantly increased,and the above indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complications of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise management in patients after repair of hand and forearm tendon rupture can promote the recovery of hand and forearm function,reduce pain,improve daily living ability and reduce complications.
