摘要
文章全面综述了阴道加德纳菌(GV)在男性尿路感染中的流行病学特征、发病机制、临床表现、诊断技术、治疗策略以及未来研究方向。GV作为女性细菌性阴道病(BV)的主要病原体,其通过性接触传播至男性并引起男性尿路感染的现象日益受到关注。文章旨在通过综合分析现有文献,为临床医生提供关于GV所致男性尿路感染的深入理解和诊疗指导。
This article comprehensively reviews the epidemiological characteristics,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic techniques,therapeutic strategies and future research directions of Gardnerella vaginalis(GV)in male urinary tract infections.As the main pathogen of female Bacterial vaginosis(BV),the phenomenon of GV transmitted to men through sexual contact and causing urinary tract infection has attracted increasing attention.This paper aims to provide clinicians with in-depth understanding and guidance on the diagnosis and treatment of male urinary tract infections caused by GV through comprehensive analysis of existing literature.
