摘要
组织行为学在制定和执行上是否科学,会直接关系到企业是否可以实现战略目标。好的组织行为,可以帮企业保驾护航。本文运用文献综述法与案例分析法,分析了组织行为学的内在本质。重点是商业项目案例管理的背后逻辑,是如何为服务型的企业构建有效的组织结构、组织行为提供可行性的方案,具备一定的现实与借鉴的意义。
The scientific development and implementation of organizational behavior directly affect whether a company can achieve its strategic goals.Good organizational behavior can help safeguard enterprises.This article uses literature review and case analysis methods to analyze the inherent nature of organizational behavior.The focus is on the logic behind business project case management,which provides feasible solutions for building effective organizational structures and behaviors for service-oriented enterprises,and has certain practical and reference significance.
