摘要
社会工作的伦理价值与其特定的文化背景息息相关,是特定文化背景中的产物。鉴于中西方文化差异显著,社会工作在中国的发展亟须文化适应性的“本土化调适”。本文聚焦于“人情”“面子”“制度信任”等维度,剖析社会工作伦理本土化适应不良的现状,面对社会工作专业伦理与本土文化“水土不服”困境,社会工作者需在实践中不断检验西方理论,进而探索构建适合本土情境的发展模式。
The ethical values of social work are closely related to its specific cultural background and are the products of a particular cultural context.Given the significant cultural differences between China and the West,the development of social work in China urgently requires a culturally adaptive"localization adjustment".This paper focuses on dimensions such as"guanxi","face",and"institutional trust",analyzing the current situation of poor adaptation of social work ethics to the local context.In the face of the"incompatibility"between professional ethics of social work and local culture,social workers need to constantly test Western theories in practice and explore the construction of a development model suitable for the local context.
