数智赋能流程工业调度决策优化:综述与展望

摘要 生产调度智能决策是实现我国流程工业智能制造的关键环节.在人工智能和知识赋能的时代背景下,数学优化和数据科学技术的迅猛发展深刻改变了流程调度的决策范式.本文在流程智能制造背景下,以典型调度决策链视角,围绕过程调度模型的虚实映射、融合工业知识的快速寻优和突发多源干扰的动态响应3个环节,概述了工业应用调度决策优化的关键问题和研究难点,并对相关研究成果进行了系统性的回顾,提出了知识融合的数智化流程调度软件框架,并结合原油调度智能优化案例进行说明.最后,结合当前技术的发展现状,对新一代智能调度技术和软件的研究进行了展望. Production scheduling optimization is a critical component in achieving smart manufacturing within China's process industry.In the era of arti cial intelligence and knowledge-driven systems,the advancements in mathematical optimization and data science have profoundly transformed the decision-making paradigm.This paper examines scheduling from a decision chain perspective within the context of the process industry.It focuses on three key aspects:problem formulation,knowledge-assisted optimization,and disturbance response.The paper rst outlines key challenges in scheduling optimization for industrial applications and then systematically reviews relevant research ndings.A knowledge-infusion digital intelligent scheduling software framework is also proposed and illustrated with a case study of smart optimization of crude oil operation scheduling.Finally,considering the current state of technological development,this paper concludes with prospects for the next generation of intelligent scheduling technologies and software.
