热敏黄微胶囊涂层的光老化行为研究

摘要 本文简单介绍了热敏变色材料的研究与应用现状。以热敏黄微胶囊为涂料基体制备了变色涂层,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis),对变色涂层光照前后进行了表征分析,研究了热敏黄微胶囊涂层的光老化行为。实验结果表明:经过氙灯强光照射,热敏黄微胶囊涂层粘结剂分子结构发生变化,微胶囊壁材发生坍塌、破裂和板结,致使涂层结构老化。同时,强光照射对表面区域的部分热敏黄芯材也有微弱作用,使分子结构中内酯环和苯环与中心碳原子之间的C-C键发生了断裂。 The current status of research and application of thermochromic materials was briefly introduced.A color-changing coating was prepared with thermochromic yellow microcapsules as the coating matrix.With X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis),the light aging behavior of the thermosensitive yellow microcapsule coating was investigated,and the color-changing coatings before and after light exposure was characterized and analyzed.The experimental results showed that after exposure to intense light from a xenon lamp,the molecular structure of the binder of the thermochromic yellow microcapsule coatings changed,and the microcapsule wall collapsed,ruptures,and plateleted,resulting in the aging of the coating structure.At the same time,intense light irradiation also had a weak effect on part of the thermochromic yellow core material in the surface area,causing the C-C bond between the lactone ring and benzene ring with the central carbon atom in the molecular to be broken.
