填料复配热致可逆变色涂层的光谱性能调控

Research on the Modulation of Spectral Performance of Reversible Thermochromic Coatings with Fillers

摘要 针对常规控温涂层在复杂温度环境下响应性不足的问题,采用自制可逆变色微胶囊与填料复配制备了具有热致可逆变色效果的控温涂层体系,采用太阳光反射率测试仪、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计、扫描电子显微镜、导热系数测定仪、万用试验机、高低温试验箱和紫外老化试验箱等研究了涂层的太阳光调制性能、导热系数、力学性能、附着力和耐久性等。结果表明:中空玻璃微珠可以通过增强近红外光的吸收及耗散作用提升热致变色涂层的太阳光调制性能,经配方及膜厚优化后,涂层的太阳光调制性能可达到0.326,拉伸强度可达6.6 MPa,附着力可达6.5 MPa,综合性能优异。经过200次温变循环或1000 h人工紫外加速老化后,涂层太阳光调制性能衰减率<10%,涂层耐久性较好,适用于复杂温度环境下建筑结构的长期控温。 To address the insufficient response performance of conventional temperature control coatings in complex temperature environments,a thermochromic reversible temperature control coating system was developed by using self-made thermochromic microcapsules with fillers.Solar reflectance testers,ultraviolet-visible near-infrared spectrometers,scanning electron microscopes,thermal conductivity testers,universal testing machine and other instruments were employed to systematically investigate the solar modulation performance,thermal conductivity,mechanical properties,adhesion,and durability of thermochromic coatings.The results indicated that hollow glass microspheres could enhance the solar modulation performance of the thermochromic coatings by boosting the absorption and dissipation of near-infrared light.After optimizing the formulation and film thickness,the solar modulation performance of the thermochromic composite coatings could reach 0.326,the tensile strength could reach 6.6 MPa,and the adhesion could reach 6.5 MPa,demonstrating excellent comprehensive performance.Furthermore,after 200 temperature change cycles or 1000 h artificial ultraviolet accelerated aging,the solar modulation performance degradation rate of the coating is less than 10%showing better cycle durability,making it suitable for long-term temperature control of building structures in complex temperature environments.
