摘要
社会工作是秉持利他主义价值观,以科学知识为基础,运用科学的专业方法,帮助有需要的困难群体,解决其生活困境问题,协助个人及其社会环境更好地相互适应的职业活动。社会工作人才是国家六支人才队伍之一,是党和政府联系人民群众的桥梁纽带。社会工作专业在校大学生作为未来的社会工作专业人才,其价值观的培养和践行至关重要。文章旨在探讨其社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行状况,通过多种研究方法分析当前社会工作专业学生在价值观教育方面存在的不足与缺陷,进而提出相应的策略和建议。
Social work is a professional activity that upholds altruistic values,which is based on scientific knowledge,and employs scientific professional methods to assist needy and vulnerable groups in resolving their life difficulties and facilitating better mutual adaptation between individuals and their social environments.Social work talents are one of the six national talent pools and serve as a bridge and link between the Party and government and the masses.University students majoring in social work,as future social work professionals,find the cultivation and practice of their values to be of utmost importance.This paper aims to explore the cultivation and practice of their socialist core values,analyze the current deficiencies and shortcomings in values education among social work students through various research methods,and subsequently propose corresponding strategies and suggestions.
