摘要
系统论为研究职业院校办学质量评价提供了新视角,具有独特价值。从系统论出发,要明确办学质量评价的目的性,重视评价主体的相关性,凸显评价指标的动态性,强化评价方式的整体性。基于此,提出构建职业院校办学质量评价体系的路径为以办学质量评价之目标为舵,明确评价重心与导向;设计全面可操作且具动态平衡性的评价指标,确保评价精准度;构建多元主体协同的评价队伍,彰显评价相关性;实施多样化综合评价方式,强化评价整体效能。
System theory provides a new perspective for evaluating the quality of vocational colleges,which is of unique value.Based on system theory,it is necessary to clarify the purpose of evaluating the quality of education,the relevance of the evaluation subjects,the dynamic nature of the evaluation indicators,and the integrity of the evaluation methods.Finally,it is proposed to establish a quality evaluation system for vocational colleges,with the goal of evaluating the quality of education as the guiding principle;design comprehensive and operable indicators to ensure accuracy of evaluation;build a collaborative team with multiple stakeholders;implement a diversified comprehensive evaluation methods and strengthen the overall effectiveness of evaluation.
