设施农业种植机械化技术试验示范

摘要 为推进农业机械化全程全面发展,对薄弱环节设施农业种植机械化技术进行试验示范,通过在拱棚中种植越夏大黄瓜,设立3个小区开展机械化直播、机械化移栽和人工栽植三种栽植方式对比试验,采集移栽深度合格率、移栽频率等检测数据,为推广适宜设施农业的生产模式和农机技术装备提供数据支撑。试验结果显示,机械化直播模式出苗率低且苗弱,此种模式产量最低,效益最差;机械化移栽模式苗壮苗齐,产量最高效益最好。最终得出试验结论:设施农业种植中机械化移栽模式可以有效降低菜农劳动强度,提高蔬菜品质和产量,增加农户收益,适宜大面积推广。 In order to promote the comprehensive development of agricultural mechanization throughout the process,experimental demonstrations were conducted on the mechanization technology of facility agriculture planting in weak links.By planting large cucumbers in arched sheds,three communities were established to conduct comparative experiments on three planting methods:mechanized live broadcasting,mechanized transplanting,and manual planting.Testing data such as transplanting depth qualification rate and transplanting frequency were collected to provide data support for promoting suitable production modes and agricultural machinery technology equipment for facility agriculture.The experimental results show that the mechanized live streaming mode has a low emergence rate and weak seedlings,with the lowest yield and worst efficiency;the mechanized transplanting mode ensures strong seedlings and the highest yield with the best benefits.The final experimental conclusion is that the mechanized transplanting mode in facility agriculture planting can effectively reduce the labor intensity of vegetable farmers,improve vegetable quality and yield,increase farmers’income,and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
