摘要
归纳总结成人癫痫患者睡眠障碍的特点,分析其与患者抑郁、焦虑状态的关系。以东台市人民医院2023年1月—2025年1月接诊的102例成人癫痫患者作为观察组入组对象,选择该院同期102例健康体检者作为对照组入组对象,对两组入组对象均进行睡眠障碍及抑郁、焦虑问卷评估,比较观察组成人癫痫患者与对照组健康体检者睡眠障碍评估结果,结合观察组成人癫痫患者的睡眠障碍评估结果分析其与抑郁、焦虑的关系。结果显示,经评估,观察组成人癫痫患者的PSQI评分、ISI评分、ESS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。进一步评估结果显示,观察组中,存在睡眠障碍患者的抑郁、焦虑评分以及抗癫痫药物服用率均高于睡眠质量良好的患者(P<0.05)。研究发现,成人癫痫患者容易出现睡眠障碍问题,且与其抑郁、焦虑状态及服用抗癫痫药物密切相关,应予以重视。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of sleep disorders in adult epilepsy patients and analyzes their relationship with the patients’depression and anxiety states.A total of 102 adult epilepsy patients admitted to Dongtai People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were enrolled as the observation group,and 102 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were evaluated with sleep disorder,depression and anxiety questionnaires.The sleep disorder evaluation results of adult epilepsy patients in the observation group and healthy subjects in the control group were compared,and the relationship between sleep disorder evaluation results and depression and anxiety in adult epilepsy patients in the observation group was analyzed.The results showed that the PSQI score,ISI score and ESS score of adult epilepsy patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Further evaluation results showed that in the observation group,the depression and anxiety scores and the rate of taking antiepileptic drugs of patients with sleep disorders were higher than those of patients with good sleep quality(P<0.05).The study found that adult epilepsy patients are prone to sleep disorders,which are closely related to their depression,anxiety states and the use of antiepileptic drugs,and should be paid attention to.
