基于MQTT的火电厂脱硫废水处理智能远程实时监控系统设计

摘要 在全球碳中和与能源结构转型的背景下,火电厂脱硫废水处理的智能化监控对环境保护和能源效率至关重要。文章设计并实现了一个基于MQTT协议的火电厂脱硫废水处理远程在线监控系统。该系统利用西门子S7-200 PLC进行现场数据采集,利用MQTT协议通过4G网络实现远程传输,在服务器端转换为Modbus TCP协议进行数据存储和分析。采用B/S架构的Web监控平台,实现了实时数据展示、历史数据分析、异常报警管理等功能。该系统能够有效提升脱硫废水处理过程的监控效率和智能化水平,降低运维成本,提高系统稳定性和安全性,为火电厂的绿色可持续发展提供技术支持。 Against the backdrop of global carbon neutrality and energy transition,the intelligent monitoring of desulfurization wastewater treatment in coal-fired power plants plays a crucial role in environmental protection and enhancing energy efficiency.This paper proposes and implements a remote online monitoring system for desulfurization wastewater treatment utilizing the MQTT protocol.The system employs a Siemens S7-200 PLC for on-site data acquisition,utilizes the MQTT protocol for remote data transmission via a 4G network,and converts the data into the Modbus TCP protocol on the server side for subsequent storage and analysis.A web-based monitoring platform,constructed on a B/S architecture,facilitates real-time data visualization,historical data analysis,and anomaly alarm management.The system substantially enhances monitoring efficiency and intelligence in the desulfurization wastewater treatment process,reduces operational and maintenance costs,and improves system stability and security.This work offers technical support for the green and sustainable development of coal-fired power plants.
