摘要
为解决冷链企业冷链配送箱清洗消毒繁琐、管理困难的问题,以流动线体为参考结合PLC自动控制、物联网等技术,设计一条集清洗、消毒、干燥、管理于一体的冷链配送箱智能化清洗线及管理平台,为冷链物流企业降低冷链配送箱清洗消毒成本,提升冷链配送箱的管理效率,为冷链食品安全增添一份保障。
In order to solve the problems of tedious cleaning and disinfection process and difficult management of cold chain distribution boxes in cold chain enterprises,we design an intelligent cleaning line and management platform for cold chain express boxes that integrates cleaning,disinfection,drying and management with reference to the flow line body,combined with PLC automatic control technology,Internet of Things and other technologies to help cold chain logistics enterprises reduce the cleaning and disinfection costs of cold chain distribution boxes,improve the management efficiency of cold chain distribution boxes,and add a guarantee for cold chain food safety.
