摘要
数字化背景下,数字素养成为关乎社会文明程度、国民素质水平以及国家软实力的重要指标。试在追溯数字素养概念意涵的基础上,分析大学生数字素养培育的价值意蕴,并从完善顶层设计、强化师资建设、扩大数字资源供给、构筑协同矩阵等方面提出培育路径,为数字时代高校大学生数字素养教育提供镜鉴。
Under the background of digitalization,digital literacy has become an important indicator of social civilization,national quality and national soft power.On the basis of tracing the conceptual meaning of digital literacy,this paper analyzes the value implication of college students′digital literacy cultivation,and proposes the cultivation path from the aspects of improving the top-level design,strengthening the construction of teachers,expanding the supply of digital resources,and constructing a collaborative matrix,so as to provide a mirror for the digital literacy education of college students in the digital era.
