摘要
中药是传统的天然药物资源,含有丰富的活性成分,不同成分能够有效治疗和缓解多种疾病与症状,具有重要的药用价值。但不同成分的提取、分离纯化技术存在差异,选用适宜的方式手段对所需成分进行提取,才能更好地利用中草药资源。论文通过对中药活性成分提取、分离纯化技术的研究现状和应用前景进行研究,对目前常用的现代中药活性成分提取和分离纯化技术进行深入探讨,包括超临界流体萃取技术、超声波提取技术、微波萃取技术、半仿生提取技术、酶法、组织破碎提取技术、动态逆流提取技术以及大孔树脂吸附分离技术、膜分离技术、吸附澄清技术、高速逆流色谱法和分子蒸馏技术等,旨在为中药的深度开发和利用提供参考依据,为中药及其活性成分的研发奠定理论基础。
Chinese herbal medicines are the traditional and natural medicine resources,which contain rich effective constituents.And different ingredients can effectively treat and alleviate a variety of diseases and symptoms,which have significant medicinal values.However,there are still some obvious differences in the extraction,separation and purification techniques of different components.And it is necessary to choose appropriate ways to extract the required components in order to better utilize the resources of Chinese herbal medicines.In this review,the current research status and application prospects of active ingredient extraction,separation and purification technologies of Chinese herbal medicines are investigated.Meanwhile,the modern active ingredient extraction and separation and purification technologies of Chinese herbal medicines commonly used nowadays are discussed in depth,including supercritical fluid extraction technology,ultrasonic extraction technology,microwave extraction technology,semi-bionic extraction technology,enzyme method,tissue fragmentation extraction technology,dynamic countercurrent extraction technology and macroporous resin adsorption/separation technology,membrane separation technology,adsorption clarification technology,high-speed countercurrent chromatography and molecular distillation technology et al.The review aims to provide a reference basis for the further developent and utilization of Chinese herbal medicines.It is also intended to ground the research and development of Chinese herbal medicines and active ingredients in theoretical foundations.
