摘要
牛结节性皮肤病(Lumpy skin disease,LSD)是一种牛的传染病,该病由牛结节性皮肤病病毒(Lumpy skin disease virus,LSDV)引起的牛全身性皮肤结节病变,给全世界养牛业造成严重的经济损失。目前,疫苗是预防该病最有效的手段,减毒活疫苗使用最为广泛,然而该疫苗会造成疫苗重组株流行。为开发安全有效的诊断试剂和疫苗,理解病毒致病机制,深入了解其分子结构和功能非常重要。论文对LSDV的基因组及功能研究做一综述,以期为LSD的防控和疫苗研制提供参考。
Lumpy skin disease(LSD)is an infectious disease of cattle.It can cause systemic nodular lesions on the skin of cattle by lumpy skin disease virus(LSDV),causing serious economic losses to the cattle industry around the world.At present,the most effective prevention control method for LSDV is vaccination,live attenuated vaccines are the most widely used,but it can cause the spread of vaccine-recombinant strains.In order to develop safe and effective diagnostic reagents and vaccines,it is very important to understand the pathogenesis of virus and its molecular structure and functions.In this paper,the genome and functions of LSDV are reviewed,with a view to provide references for the prevention and control of LSD and vaccine development.
