宁夏地区致犊牛腹泻大肠埃希氏菌和沙门氏菌的鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:2

Identification and Drug Sensitivity of E.coli and Salmonella Causing Calf Diarrhea in Ningxia Region

摘要 为调查宁夏地区引起犊牛腹泻的大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)和沙门氏菌(Salmonella)的流行特征,采集了宁夏地区4个市的100份犊牛腹泻的粪便样本进行大肠埃希氏菌和沙门氏菌的分离检测。用PCR、动物试验和微量肉汤稀释法分别检测分离菌株的毒力基因携带情况、致病性和耐药性。结果显示,共分离鉴定到97株大肠埃希氏菌和20株沙门氏菌,其中大肠埃希氏菌毒力基因F41、eaeA检出率较高,STX1、STX2、STa检出率较低;沙门氏菌毒力基因spvC、fimA、sopE、invA、stn均有检出;携带毒力基因的分离株对小鼠均有致病性;药敏结果显示,分离到的97株大肠埃希氏菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物全部敏感,对其他药物表现不同程度的耐药性,对磺胺类药物耐药率达80.0%以上,多重耐药率为40.2%;分离的20株沙门氏菌对碳青霉烯类、多肽类抗菌药物全部敏感,对其他药物表现不同程度的耐药性,对磺胺类抗菌药物耐药率达70.0%以上,多重耐药率为20.0%。研究结果为宁夏地区犊牛腹泻防控提供了参考依据。 To investigate the prevalent characteristics of E.coli and Salmonella causing diarrhea in calves in Ningxia,this study collected 100 fecal samples from calves with diarrhea in four cities of Ningxia for the isolation and detection of E.coli and Salmonella.The virulence genes,pathogenicity,and drug resistance of the isolated strains were detected by PCR,animal experiment,and microbroth dilution method,respectively.The results showed that a total of 97 E.coli and 20 Salmonella strains were isolated and identified in this study.The detection rate of F41 and eaeA virulence genes in E.coli was high,while the detection rates of STX1,STX2,and STa were low.The spvC,fimA,sopE,invA,and stn virulence genes were detected in Salmonella.The isolates carrying virulence genes were pathogenic to mice.The drug sensitivity results showed that all the 97 strains of E.coli isolated in this experiment were sensitive to carbapenems,and showed different degrees of resistance to the other drugs.The drug resistance rate to sulfonamides was more than 80.0%,and the multiple drug resistance rate was 40.2%.All 20 strains of Salmonella were sensitive to carbapenems and polypeptide antimicrobials,and showed different degrees of resistance to the other drugs.The drug resistance rate to sulfonamides was over 70.0%,and the multiple drug resistance rate was 20.0%.The results provided a reference for the prevention and control of calf diarrhea in Ningxia.
