摘要
以杭州市临安区双溪口水库混凝土重力拱坝工程为例,探讨了施工质量控制的理论基础、标准规范和方法技术。通过构建质量控制体系,对施工准备、原材料、混凝土浇筑、模板与钢筋工程、施工监控与测量等方面实施严格管控,并分析了质量控制效果。结果表明,采用全面质量管理(TQM)和PDCA循环,有效提升了工程质量,为类似工程提供了借鉴。
Taking the concrete gravity arch dam project of Shuangxikou Reservoir in Lin'an District,Hangzhou as a case study,the theoretical basis,standard specifications,and construction quality control method technologies were analyzed.Strict control measures were employed on construction preparation,raw materials,concrete pouring,formwork and reinforcement engineering,construction monitoring and measurement.The effectiveness of quality control was analysed by establishing a quality control system.The research results indicate that adopting total quality management(TQM)and the PDCA cycle effectively improves the quality of engineering,thus providing a reference for similar projects.
