摘要
针对As_(40)Se_(60)硫系玻璃特殊的性质特点,采用离子束辅助沉积技术,结合Needle随机插层方法,开展了膜料优选、膜系设计和优化、膜层制备与环境适应性考核等研究,在As_(40)Se_(60)硫系玻璃基底上制备出了高性能激光-红外双谱段增透膜;膜层附着性良好,各项环境测试结果符合GJB 2485—95所规定的要求。制备出的激光红外双波段宽带增透膜的激光和红外透过率都在95%以上,8~12μm红外波段范围内平均剩余反射率约为1%。结论对于促进红外硫系玻璃及其薄膜在多谱段复合光学系统中的应用具有一定的指导意义。
According to the special performance of As_(40)Se_(60)chalcogenide glass,the design and deposition of high performance laser and infrared antireflection coatings by ion assisted deposition are discussed.The high-performance laser-infrared dual-band AR film is prepared on the As_(40)Se_(60)chalcogenide glass substrate,and the film layer adhesion is good,and the environmental test results meet the requirements specified in GJB 2485—95.The laser and infrared transmittance of the prepared laser infrared dual-band broadband AR film are above 95%,and the average residual reflectance in the infrared band range of 8~12μm is about 1%.These are important for the application of laser and infrared optical system.
