摘要
针对架空线路接续管压接工作的人工操作问题,提出了一种基于模块化设计理念的架空线路接续管压接自动化装置。该装置具有结构简单、操作便捷、性能稳定等优点,能够实现接续管的精准压接。通过实验验证,该装置在提高压接质量、提升压接效率、降低劳动强度和保障电网安全运行方面具有显著效果,为架空线路的建设和维护提供了有力支持。
This study proposes an automated device for crimping of overhead line splicing tubes based on modular design concept,aiming at the manual operation problem of crimping of overhead line splicing tubes.This device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,and stable performance,and can achieve precise crimping of splicing tubes.Through experimental verification,the device has significant effects in improving the quality and efficiency of crimping,reducing labor intensity,and ensuring the safe operation of the power grid,providing strong support for the construction and maintenance of overhead lines.
