摘要
提升输电线路建设质量,应采取更加良好的输电线路导线压接方法。基于此,设计了一种输电线路导线压接自动化装置软件系统。首先,介绍了整个系统的总体设计方案。然后,以此为基础,对控制器与基于CP1H模糊PID算法的软件进行了设计。最后,通过仿真实验的方式,验证该软件系统的应用效果。由仿真实验可知,该软件系统可自动完成整个导线的压接作业,表明软件系统符合要求,可应用到实际中。
To improve the quality of transmission line construction,better methods of crimping transmission line conductors should be adopted.Based on this,this paper designs a software system of transmission line wire crimping automation device.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the whole system is introduced,and then the controller and software based on CP1H fuzzy PID algorithm are designed.Finally,the application effect of the software system is verified by simulation experiment.The simulation results show that the software system can automatically complete the entire wire crimping operation,which shows that the software system meets the requirements and can be applied to practice.
