间充质干细胞来源外泌体在骨缺损修复中的应用及优化

摘要 间充质干细胞来源的外泌体(MSC-Exos)通过促进成骨及破骨细胞增殖、调节血管生成及局部微环境等机制,有望成为骨缺损修复的治疗策略。本文对MSC-Exos在骨缺损修复中的应用现状进行综述,并且讨论了目前已提出的优化方式,包括对间充质干细胞的预处理、靶向修饰,以提高MSC-Exos的生物活性,重点阐述了将MSC-Exos与支架材料结合以增强其局部递送效率和生物相容性,并探索其在骨缺损修复治疗中的潜在应用前景。 Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes(MSC-Exos)are expected to become a promising therapeutic strategy for bone repair due to their ability to promote the proliferation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,regulate angiogenesis,and modulate the local microenvironment.This review summarizes the current applications of MSC-Exos in bone defect repair and discusses the proposed optimization strategies,including the preconditioning of mesenchymal stem cell and targeted modifications to enhance the bioactivity of MSC-Exos.It particularly focuses on the combination of MSC-Exos with scaffold materials to improve their local delivery efficiency and biocompatibility,and explores the potential application prospects of MSC-Exos in bone defect treatment.
