摘要
随着大数据和人工智能等技术的发展,数智新闻生产变革成为必然趋势,这也要求电视新闻编辑具备更高的新闻职业道德素养、数据应用处理素养、信息筛选审核素养和用户需求导向素养。电视新闻编辑素养的提升路径从外部促进和自身发展两个维度展开,外部促进指媒体机构和管理部门加强对电视新闻编辑的数智技术培训、制定编辑工作奖惩制度等,自身发展需要电视新闻编辑进一步增强政治素养、专业素养以及信息素养等。
With the rise of big data,AI,and related technologies,digital intelligence news production has become inevitable,challenging traditional TV news editing and raising higher demands for editors’quality.In the digital intelligence era,TV news editors must possess professional ethics,data processing skills,information screening abilities,and user-oriented literacy.Improving editorial quality requires two approaches:external support and self-development.External efforts involve media organizations providing digital technology training and establishing reward and punishment systems.Self-development calls for editors to enhance political,professional,and information literacy.
