摘要
农业新质生产力的基本特征为科技创新、效率提升和风险防范。我国农村金融在推动农业科技创新、提升农业全要素生产率、防范化解农业风险方面还存在不少挑战。因此,需要加强农村金融支持农业科技创新的力度,提高农村金融对农业全要素生产率的促进作用,加强农村金融防范化解农业风险的能力,以促进和推动农业新质生产力发展。
The fundamental characteristics of new quality productive forces lie in technological innovation,efficiency improvement,and risk prevention.There are still many challenges in China's rural finance in promoting agricultural technological innovation,enhancing the total factor productivity of agriculture,and preventing and mitigating agricultural risks.It is necessary to strengthen the support of rural finance for agricultural technological innovation,enhance the role of rural finance in promoting the total factor productivity of agriculture,and improve the ability of rural finance to prevent and mitigate agricultural risks,in order to promote and drive the development of new quality productive forces.
