摘要
大城市群既是我国碳排放重点区域,也是推动我国经济高质量发展的核心地带,是碳排放—经济发展的空间载体与碳中和攻坚主战场。为深入探究碳排放对经济高质量发展的影响效应,通过构建经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用空间计量模型、调节效应及门槛效应模型,采用2006—2021年五大城市群157个城市的面板数据,实证检验碳减排对经济高质量发展的影响及机制。研究发现:第一,碳减排能显著促进经济高质量发展。第二,绿色金融在碳减排促进经济高质量发展过程中起正向调节作用。第三,绿色金融发挥调节作用过程中有门槛效应。第四,碳减排对经济高质量发展的影响存在正向空间溢出效应。据此提出加快绿色科技创新、持续完善绿色金融体系、促进区域联动协同发展、加速产业结构升级和因地制宜制定高质量发展的建议,以更好地发挥碳减排对经济高质量发展的正向影响效应。
Large urban agglomeration is not only the key area of carbon emission in China,but also the core area to promote the high-quality development of China's economy.It is the dual high-density space carrier of carbon emission and economy and the main battlefield for carbon neutrality.In order to deeply ex-plore the impact effect of carbon emission on high-quality economic development,an evaluation index sys-tem of high-quality economic development was constructed,and spatial econometric model,moderating ef-fect and threshold effect model were used to empirically test the impact and mechanism of carbon emis-sion reduction on high-quality economic development by using panel data of 157 cities in five urban ag-glomerations from 2006 to 2021.Research findings indicate:First,carbon reduction significantly promotes high-quality economic development.Second,green finance positively moderates the process of carbon re-duction in promoting high-quality economic development.Third,there is a threshold effect in the regulato-ry role of green finance in promoting high-quality economic development through carbon reduction.Fourth,carbon reduction has a positive spatial spillover effect on high-quality economic development.Based on these findings,it is proposed to accelerate green technological innovation,continuously improve the green financial system,promote regional coordinated development,expedite industrial structure up-grades,and formulate high-quality development policies tailored to local conditions,to better leverage the positive impact of carbon reduction on high-quality economic development.
