摘要
双链融合是我国经济高质量发展的重要实现途径之一,然而目前研究囿于数据所限,大多基于宏观层面指标统计,罕有直观的中、微观实证分析,针对性和广泛适用性有待进一步提高。笔者以2013—2022年陕西省79家重点企业为样本,运用复合系统协同度模型分析双链融合效率,借助机器学习方法生成多维临近变量,探究其对双链融合的影响。研究发现:过去十年陕西上市企业双链融合效率显著提升,这主要归功于产业聚集(地理临近),组织水平(组织临近)和一定程度数字化水平(认知临近)的提升,而创新氛围(社会临近)、政策扶持和体制、机制(制度临近)的效用不显著。这说明除了地理位置和企业自身,外部创新理念的构建与交织决定了陕西重点上市企业未来双链融合的深度与质量。
The integration of innovation and industrial chains is one of imperative routines to achieve the goal of high-quality development in China.However,due to the limitations of data,most of the research are based on macro-level indicator statistics,and there are few intuitive middle and micro empirical analyses.Therefore,the research results need to be further improved in guiding the construction and development of double-chain fusion in specific regions.This paper takes 79 key enterprises in Shaanxi Province from 2013 to 2022 as samples.Firstly,it uses the composite system synergy degree model to analyze the efficiency of dual-chain integration and explore the possible effects of geographical proximity on dual-chain integration in the innovation proximity theory.Secondly,the annual report data of listed companies were collected through machine learning methods.The LDA-TF-IDF and Word2vec models were used to generate other major proximity variables,namely cognitive,organizational,social and institutional proximity,and the influence effect and mechanism of multi-dimensional proximity on the efficiency of the integration of the dual chains of enterprises were explored.The research results show that the efficiency of dual-chain integration of listed enterprises in Shaanxi has significantly improved over the past decade.which is mainly attributed to the improvement of industrial agglomeration(geography is approaching),organizational level(organization is approaching)and a certain degree of digitalization level(cognition is approaching),while the effectiveness of innovation atmosphere(social is approaching),policy support,system and mechanism(system is approaching)is not significant.This shows that in addition to geographical location and the company itself,the construction and interweaving of external innovation concepts determine the depth and quality of the future dual-chain integration of key listed companies in Shaanxi.
