一种面向IRS-UAV系统的用户速率优化方法

摘要 为实现智能反射面(IRS)辅助无人机通信系统的用户速率最大化,提出一种基于信道估计的用户速率优化(CERM)方法.首先构建联合IRS相位矩阵设计与用户带宽分配的最大化速率优化模型,并基于贝叶斯迭代组近似消息传递(BIG-AMP)算法,完成用户-IRS及IRS-基站链路的信道状态信息估计.然后采用块坐标下降(BCD)算法对优化问题进行迭代求解,获得最优IRS相位矩阵与用户带宽配置方案.仿真结果表明,与压缩感知方法相比,本文方法的估计精度更高、复杂度更低,可显著提升系统信息速率性能. In order to maximize the user rate of the intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-assisted UAV commu-nication system,this paper proposes a channel estimation-based rate maximization(CERM)algorithm.Firstly,a maximum rate optimization model for the joint IRS phase matrix design and user bandwidth allocation,and then,based on the Bayesian iterative group approximate message passing(BIG-AMP)algorithm,the channel state infor-mation estimation of user-IRS and IRS-base station links is completed.Finally,the block coordinate descent(BCD)algorithm is adopted to iteratively solve the optimization problem and obtain the optimal IRS phase matrix and user bandwidth configuration scheme.Simulation results show that,compared with the compressive sensing method,the proposed method has higher estimation accuracy and lower complexity,which can significantly im-prove the information rate performance of the system.
