基于改进MOGA的智能配电网通信数据流带宽分配优化

Improved MOGA-based Optimization for Bandwidth Allocation of Communication Data Stream in Intelligent Distribution Network

摘要 为了提升数据流带宽利用率,保证智能配电网通信数据流的实时、安全传输,基于改进多目标遗传算法(MOGA)提出一种智能配电网通信数据流带宽分配优化方法。根据智能配电网通信系统网络架构特点及通信需求,构建最优带宽利用率、最小通信设备能耗、最小通信时延的智能配电网通信数据流带宽分配优化目标函数;确定配电网传输性能需求、带宽、通信节点信誉度的约束条件;采用改进MOGA求解带宽分配优化目标函数;输出带宽利用率最大、通信能耗和时延最低的目标函数最优解。测试结果显示,应用所提方法后,数据传输阻塞率均在1.55%以下,带宽利用率最高达到97.7%,最小通信设备能耗仅为12.6 J,通信时延均低于500 ms,在执行不同的智能配电网管理任务时,带宽结果满足应用需求。 In order to improve the utilization rate of data stream bandwidth and ensure the real-time and safe transmission of communication data stream in intelligent distribution network,an optimization method for bandwidth allocation of communica-tion data stream in intelligent distribution network based on improved multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA)is proposed.Based on the characteristics of the network architecture and communication requirements of the intelligent distribution network communication system,an objective function of bandwidth allocation optimizatoin of the intelligent distribution network com-munication data stream is established to have optimal bandwidth utilization,minimum energy consumption of communication equipmentand the minimum communication delay.The constraints of transmission performance requirements,bandwidth and reputation of communication nodes of distribution network are determined.The improved MOGA is used to solve the objective function of bandwidth allocation optimization.The optimal solution of objective function with the maximum output bandwidth utilization,the lowest communication energy consumption and delay is output.The test results show that after the application of the proposed method,the data transmission blocking rate are all below 1.55%,with bandwidth utilization rate reaching a maximum of 97.7%,the minimum communication equipment energy consumption is only 12.6 J,and the communication delay is less than 5oo ms.When it performs other intelligent distribution network management tasks,the bandwidth results meet the application requirements.
