摘要
设计并实现了一种基于人工智能的造纸机械运行状态实时监测系统,旨在通过先进的传感器技术、信号处理技术和自动化控制技术,实现对造纸机械运行状态的全面感知和智能监控。系统采用西门子S7-300PLC作为核心控制器,结合ABB-ACS800矢量控制变频器和欧姆龙编码器,实时采集造纸机械的关键运行参数,并通过人工智能算法进行数据分析和故障诊断。实验结果表明,该系统在提高设备运行效率、减少故障发生率和提升生产管理智能化水平方面具有显著优势。
In this paper,a real-time monitoring system for the running status of papermaking machinery based on artificial intelligence is designed and implemented,which aims to realize the comprehensive perception and intelligent monitoring of the operating status of papermaking machinery through advanced sensor technology,signal processing technology and automatic control technology.The system uses Siemens S7-300PLC as the core controller,combined with ABB-ACS800 vector control inverter and Omron encoder to collect key operating parameters of papermaking machinery in real time,and conduct data analysis and fault diagnosis through artificial intelligence algorithms.The experimental results show that the system has significant advantages in improving the operation efficiency of equipment,reducing the incidence of failure and improving the intelligent level of production management.
