摘要
为提高涂布纸绘画效果,以轻质碳酸钙、高岭土为主要颜料,结合胶黏剂等助剂,制备一种碳酸钙复合颜料,并针对颜料中的胶黏剂种类和用量进行优化。结果表明,当以羧基丁苯胶乳为胶黏剂且胶黏剂用量为9%时,这种碳酸钙复合颜料在涂布纸上的涂布性能良好。经测试,碳酸钙复合颜料在涂布纸上的纸张白度为93.5%,平滑度为63.7%,光泽度为82.6s,油墨吸收性K&N值为16.82%。因此,该颜料可以在涂布纸上涂布绘画,且保证绘画色彩鲜明、墨色厚实、耐久性良好,可为绘画作品的艺术表达提供参考。
To develop the application effect of art painting in coated paper,a calcium carbonate composite pigment was prepared using lightweight calcium carbonate and kaolin as the main pigments,combined with adhesives and other additives.The types and amounts of adhesives in the pigment were optimized.The results showed that when carboxyl styrene butadiene latex was used as the adhesive and the adhesive dosage was 9%,the coating performance of this calcium carbonate composite pigment on coated paper was good.After testing,the whiteness of the calcium carbonate composite pigment on coated paper is 93.5%,smoothness is 63.7%,glossiness is 82.6s,and ink absorption K&N value is 16.82%.Therefore,this pigment can be used to coat art paintings on coated paper,ensuring vivid colors,thick ink,and good durability.It can provide reference for the artistic expression of art paintings.
