摘要
采用阳极氧化法电解制备纳米MgO,选用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对纳米MgO进行表面改性,研究纳米MgO在甲基九氟异丁基醚氟碳溶剂中的分散性和稳定性,并将制得的各种纳米MgO氟碳脱酸液对清朝时期的纸张进行脱酸处理,研究含不同表面活性剂的纳米MgO氟碳脱酸液对纸张脱酸性能的影响。结果表明:经2%CTAB改性后的纳米MgO在氟碳溶剂中分散性最佳、脱酸效果最好,能够稳定悬浮60 min,经脱酸液处理后的纸张pH提高到7.51,碱储量为0.51 mol/kg,脱酸前后纸张白度基本没有变化,色差有一定减小,抗张强度提高了64.5%,对纸张起到良好的保护作用,能够延长纸张的保存寿命。
Nanometer MgO was synthesized via anodic oxidation electrolysis and modified withpolyvinylpyrrolidone ( PVP ), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide ( CTAB ), and sodiumdodecylbenzenesulfonate ( SDBS ). The dispersion and stability of nanometer MgO in methylperfluoroisobutyl ether fluorocarbon solvent were investigated. The nanometer MgO fluorocarbon solventwas used as a deacidification solution for the Qing Dynasty paper. The effects of nanometer MgOfluorocarbon deacidification solution containing different surfactants on paper deacidification performancewere studied. The results showed that nanometer MgO modified with 2% CTAB exhibited the bestdispersion in the fluorocarbon solvent and achieved the best deacidification effect, remaining suspendedfor 60 minutes. After treatment with the deacidification solution, the pH of the paper increased to 7.51,and the alkaline reserve was 0.51 mol/ kg. The whiteness of the paper remained almost unchanged, with aslight reduction in color difference. The tensile strength increased by 64.5%, showing that the solutionprovided excellent protection for the paper and could extend its shelf life.
