摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂转炉炉前起重机加冷料时,需要人工配合摘挂吊索及用人力旋转料槽的落后工艺,对起重机加料工艺进行了改进,设计制造了自动旋转加料起重机。通过采用四点双联固定龙门钩梁代替吊索来实现自动挂钩;设计的旋转小车可随意调整料槽作业角度,解决了加料需人工辅助的问题,提高了工作效率,消除了人员受伤的安全隐患。
In view of the backward process that the crane in front of converter furnace of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.needs manual cooperation with removing and hanging sling and manual rotating the feeding chute when cold burden is charged,the crane feeding process is improved,and an automatic rotating feeding crane is designed and manufactured.As a result,automatic hooking is realized by adopting four-point twin fixed gantry hook beam instead of sling,and the working angle of the chute for the designed rotary car can be freely adjusted,which solves the problem of manual assistance for feeding,improves the work efficiency and eliminates the potential safety hazard of personnel injury.
