装配式混凝土框架构件连接方式设计与抗震性能研究

摘要 为分析装配式混凝土框架构件及连接抗震性能,通过选择不同角钢面积占比和构造钢筋连接方式,设计制作了2种试件,并将其与现浇混凝土框架构件进行对比,测试它们的延性水平、承载力、刚度、耗能、应变水平,开展抗震性能研究。结果表明,相较于角钢面积占比为50%,采用双面焊接连接方式的小尺寸角钢装配式混凝土框架构件,角钢面积占比为80%,采用U型搭接方式的大尺寸角钢装配式混凝土框架构件,在延性水平、承载力、刚度和应变水平方面表现更优异,与现浇混凝土框架构件整体抗震性能接近,表现出优异的抗震性能,为设计制备高抗震性能的装配式混凝土框架构件及连接提供了参考。 In order to analyze the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete frame members and connections,two kinds of specimens were designed and manufactured by selecting different angle steel area ratios and structural steel connection methods,and compared with cast-in-place concrete frame members.The ductility level,bearing ca⁃pacity,stiffness,energy consumption and strain level were tested to carry out seismic performance research.The re⁃sults show that compared with the angle steel area ratio of 50%,the small-sized angle steel assembled concrete frame members with double-sided welding connection have an angle steel area ratio of 80%.The large-sized angle steel assembled concrete frame members with U-shaped lap connection have better ductility level,bearing capaci⁃ty,stiffness and strain level,which is close to the overall seismic performance of cast-in-place concrete frame mem⁃bers,showing excellent seismic performance.It provides a reference for the design and preparation of assembled concrete frame members and connections with high seismic performance.
