摘要
为解决水利工程中变形缝渗漏问题,以改性高分子密封材料(Three component modified polymer flexi⁃ble sealing material,DSP)为研究对象,通过自主设计试验方案模型,开展了变形缝嵌缝防水材料防水性能、拉伸性能、沉降性能的测试。结果表明,DSP防水材料的在变形缝为5 cm,一道防水层条件下,最大水压承受值为0.5 MPa,最大拉伸值为20 cm,扯断伸长率超过1200%,最大沉降值为10 cm。相较于橡胶止水带和高聚物改性沥青防水卷材,DSP防水材料表现出更优异的防水性能、拉伸性能和沉降性能,为水利工程中的变形缝防渗漏技术提供了参考。
In order to solve the leakage problem of deformation joints in water conservancy engineering,the three component modified polymer flexible sealing material(DSP)was taken as the research object.Through the indepen⁃dent design of the test scheme model,the waterproof performance,tensile performance and settlement performance of the deformation joint caulking waterproof material were tested.The results show that under the condition of 5 cm deformation joint and one waterproof layer,the maximum water pressure bearing value of DSP waterproof material is 0.5 MPa,the maximum tensile value is 20 cm,the elongation at break is more than 1200%,and the maximum set⁃tlement value is 10 cm.Compared with rubber waterstop and polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane,DSP waterproofing material shows better waterproofing performance,tensile performance and sedimentation perfor⁃mance,which provides a reference for the anti-leakage technology of deformation joints in water conservancy projects.
